Water Jet Cut Brass Full Hard Components for a Water Park/Fountain Application

With a reputation for providing high-quality, precision parts, Aqua Power Cutting, Inc. was contracted by a client from the theme park industry to manufacture a series of components that would be used in a water park fountain application. These parts needed to be able to operate in harsh environments involving chlorinated water. In order to meet these performance requirements, we constructed these units from brass full hard material.

Maintaining a precision tolerance of (+/-) 0.005 of an inch, our flow water jet machinery with 60,000 PSI cutting pressure cut these brass full hard components to meet exact final dimensions, based off a customer supplied print. The units measured precisely four inches in overall height and length and .25 of an inch in thickness. They also weighed approximately eight ounces. We additionally provided each unit with a smooth, deburred finish using a Mr. Deburrer.

Employing our standard micrometer measurement equipment, we ensured that all of our client's brass full hard components met our customer's unique product specifications. Using our precision water jet cutting equipment, we were able to successfully manufacture our client's water park fountain parts, satisfying all expectations for quality.
